• to entice new subscribers to be signup, can never know(they can change rate/policy at any time within your contract period like smart) they could throttle to a lower value at any time they want, just like smart. some people signed up without the FUP thingy, then all of a sudden they change the policy and they throttle the connections. Pwede pa yun, signup muna kayo, then sasakalin namin internet nyo. naaalala ko pa gawain ng skybroadband sa style na bulok na yan. so if I were you, I'd think thrice before signing up. better just sign up for a DIAL-UP internet connection says my friend who personally experienced the Smartbrolok FUP. Unite SAY NO TO FUP once and for all.

  we dont know for sure. so to be on the safe side assume nalang that the no LTE from cellphones = no ultera signal. But once a new more accurate method comes along use it instead of the above

  well we dont know if pwede i bridge mode yan. but lets look at the pldt fibr onu (bale optical modem + router). the onu can be set to bridge mode but you have to call a special number and ask them. its free and doesnt take long. also if you need more lan ports its pretty easy to add a switch or a router in AP mode
• The speed after reaching the cap is still reasonable. If you're subscribed to 10 mbps, you'll still get 3 mbps after capping. That's the same speed we have for our PLDT DSL right now....Will definitely consider this once LTE is available in our area......
