Check out Classflow. We use SMART boards and Promethean boards, and Classflow has been working well in my testing with some teachers. Classflow imports SMART notebook files, and KEEPS the formatting, versus SMART's free web-based whiteboard tool (which really screws with formatting from their own product......).

They offer a web-based interactive whiteboard, and a local install with a few extra bells and whistles like desktop annotation. The caveat is that you HAVE to plug into a Promethean board every 90 days to keep Classflow Desktop activated.
